emailing from guitartricks

Hey jon... is it possible to send out an email from my host email address? I've gotten myself stuck on a few spam lists and the only way to stop them is to mail a blank message from schmange@guitartricks.com.
I've tried faking the address through netscape but it won't work.

I can set you up for pop mail, but you need a mail client like eudora or something.

did that make sense?

heh... this is gonna sound like an old Get Smart episode but I understood everything you said except the part after "I can set you up..."
