Well, im just spending my sime on skipclass, but I would be intrested to read what kind of pick do you guys like.
I'm currently using Gibson's medium "triangle-shaped" picks, and they are fitting to my fingers very good. I can play fast with those pics, maybe because they are enough big.
What do you think?

I use (and most rock players do) the Dunlop Tortex. They have a kind of weird but good feeling. They feel kind of powdery.

Geoge Dennis, extremely thick, extremely sharp. You could bring down an elephant with one these puppies.

I use Fender California Clears, Heavy. Either that or Dunlop Tortex Heavies, or Dunlop JazzII's when i can find them. The tone of your pick affects the tone of your guitar so much it's unreal. When i play blues, jazz, country, or soft stuff i use fingers, picks are much less subtle and dynamic. But for rock and metal and punk picks are definitely better. I never did like those really large picks, or soft ones, no control.

i have had these sucky gibsons for about 6 months, then last week i ordered a cymbolic and some dunlop tortex sharp 1.5mm(i've search for quite sometime for the sharps and couldn't find em here in any stores) and they rock like no other.

I go with Dunlop mediums. I don't like to use the heavy picks because it's a lot harder for me to get the pick harmonics out of the higher strings. Medium seems to suit me just fine.

Those Dunlop JazzIII picks are sweet!
For acoustic i mostly use those thin nylon Dunlop picks.

I use Dunlop Gator Grip 2mm picks. Being the shredder wanna be that I am these picks enable me to play a little faster. For acoustic though, I use .96mm Dunlop Gator Grips.
P.S. Rammstein Sucks.

Dunlop Tortex Medium, and Dunlop Stubby 1.0mm (really good for artifical harmonics)
