Umm so I've heard about this teeth picking jibberish...
I think I saw Yngwie do it during his live shows
I'd like to do it just to get a kick out of it... so how do you do it?? :D

... I guess I'm asking... how do you hold the guitar so that your teeth can get to strings and wanted notes despite the fretboard and other strings

The teeth mainly just hit the string to start it vibrating, the majority of the notes being played are done by hammering on and pulling off w/the left hand. You can use your tongue also, sh$% you could even use your......well nevermind.

I remember hearing on this forum one time that Ron Thal uses a vibrator on his guitar.....I bet he's got some interesting post show stories.

For Malmsteens video, it can be hard to download it but if you really want, you can order it from http://www.sheetmusicplus.com

Itīs called Play Loud! The 2nd Movement: arpeggio

But honestly, itīs pretty easy stuff. He showīs sweeps/arps and he starts with 2 strings stuff and ex. are Rising Force solo and Bigfoot introlude, than he moves on to 3 strings and shows basic 3 string sweeps and than learns the 3-string part in song called Deamon Driver from eclipse album, than he moves on to 4 strings, 5 and six (all very very standard and pretty easy sweeps).

He also plays 3 songs, learning to tap harmonics, Black Star main theme, delay techniques and finish of with a cool classic piece wich reminds me a lot from the song called Voodoo.

Itīs an very useful video for a sweep begginer and it help me a lot but itīs not advanced as Jason Beckers stuff (not even close actally).

But than, termolo Eruption picking with teeth is the climax of the video. How does he do it???

I gotta see that vid someday.

One other cool thing is the elec drill trick... I saw Gilbert and Sheehan doing it in a Mr Big vid , pretty cool .

Iīve treid that one. wrrrrm. But first time when I tried I had orginal Epiphone humbucker so I couldnīt hear anything but the roar of electric drill but I have chenged īem for Seymour Duncan and itīs damn cool. Now I can hear pickinī as well as the roar wich makes it to sound like Formula 1 takinī of.

But it seems imposible to play on all strings and itīs easyest to play on thin E string and itīs no idea to try to keep up left hand with the drill. Thatīs way impossible so usualy I play termolo picking licks a la Eruption and Pulp Fiction theme. Damn cool and flasy.

I use a big bass pic wich are shaped as a triangel, than just atach it to the drill by makinī a hole in the middle and off I go.

Pic must be hard and have sharp edges.

Don't forget to mention...Drill must be cordless!! (or else you'll be in for the shock of your life)
