I went to Sam Ash and Guitar Center today, tried out 3 amps and I'm getting the MG50dfx. It's got all I need and while I don't like the fact that it's made in Korea, I'm not going to let that stop me.

Here's what I found, if you're interested.

Tech 21 Trademark 60:
Great little amp, tons of settings, beautiful tone. BIG price tag and dealing with all those settings might get to be a pain in the arse. But a great sounding amp overall.

Fender 65 and 90:
Brilliant cleans, great for blues, jazz and mellow stuff. The OD is no better than the OD on my Fender 15 watt I have now. :(

Marshall MG50DFX:
Perfect amp. Nice cleans when EQ'ed correctly, classic distortion with some nice darker sounds that can be dialed in. Nice price.

So through my little adventure, I've decided on the MG50. It meets my needs and pleases my ears and wallet.
Thank you to all who suggested the MG's! You were right!

And as a final note. The employees at SAM ASH ARE JERKS! Guitar Center RULES!

I just bought myself a mg50dfx. It is a great amp. I am really pleased with mine as well. The digital effects are surprisingly not too bad. They sound very good. I Have not been able to dial in the creamy, classic rock distortion/overdrive tone yet, but It could just be my lack of knowledge with amps. Is there anyone who has found that tone on an mg50? I hope you continue to love yours as I do mine.
