quick question

my teacher told me to get a Jazz Guitar Real Book. But he said I would have to try and get one on ebay or something cuz they wee illegal. Everything I find is called: "The Real Book - 'C' - Jazz Fakebook 5th Edition". But on the actual book it says "The Real Book". Is this what i should get or is it a fake book? And Should i get it in C?

yes, they call a collection of jazz songs a "fake book," and yes, you should get C, because that's how the guitar is pitched.
