Well nice to see you again..Here is my problem..I think i have a good technique...I think i know theory..I think i study a lot:2-4 hours a day...But when i'm trying to play an improvising solo...I always play a simple scale....I am sure that and other guitarists do that but with another way and it sounds completely different....How they manage that..?...Where do they find these killer licks and phrases??

Well, that's a tough question. You have the technique, the theory, but you play the same scales???
Which one do you play?
Don't forget that improvising is about telling a story... Here's an advice I learnt at berklee: http://www.guitartricks.com/2000/trick.php?trick_id=3609

When you play the scale solo's do you put play it just as a scale or add bending notes, sliding, triplets, harmonics, more than one note? Also mix the notes in the scale up, that's how I find licks, jumbling notes into a different order, then adding phrasing to it.

ya got to have somethin to say. play stuff and use the scales as fill in between phrases . forget the scales and just find a good lick then play a scale, then answer the lick and stuff like that.too much scalin is dry and too much freestyle loses meaning. so use contrast.
