Tuneing?

Hello!

I wonder if someone perhaps could help me with a little problem. I know how to tune my guitar, the problem is that I don't know how to tune E6. If someone has a midi-file or know where to find perhaps someone could mail me.

Oh, almost forgott. When i read some tabs, I see that I should tune my guitar down a 1/2 step. Well, how much is a 1/2 step?

A half step is one fret on the guitar. So this means your E strings go to Eb, A to Ab, D to Db, and etc.

What do you mean by E6? . . . your low E string?

There's some good software tuners floating around the 'net...just do a search for them in your favorite Search Engine and you're bound to find one...Guitar sights usually have some kind of link as well.
Also, (if you're able) use a keyboard or another guitar to get a "reference note" from...
And I too am asumming you meant your bass E string, correct?...
