Steve Vai's Talking Guitar Sound?....

Can anyone help me with this "talking guitar" trick? I've been trying to learn the first 30 seconds of David Lee Roth's "Yankee Rose" where Steve uses this talking guitar sound that just sounds awesome. If anyone can help me with these please do, atleast after the part where david goes "she's beautiful.." and the laughing sound after "I'm talking about a yankee rose..."
