Need Help with this lead

at 40 seconds into it it comes in and i'm still pretty new to guitar leads and i cant seem to figure it out could somebody help me figure out how to play that lead in the background?

Hi Mark,

What you're hearing are the chords being picked on the higher strings. This is referred to as arpeggiation.
