Good Morning Faraday
There must be some problem with the tools buttom. It won't open for me at all.. The goto finger doesn't even come up... All the other selections it does.

hey guys,
Both of those functions seem to be working fine for me. The tools button has a drop down menue were you can select things and the jam station is ok too. Make sure your flash player is up to date and enabled on your browser. Maybe try clearing your cache too, that always seems to cure my woes, either updates or cache dumps.
Hope that helps!

I have no problems with the jam station or otherwise, but one thing I have found is that I cannot click directly on the Tools Tab from the Forum Tab. If I click on Lessons Tab first, then Tools, it's fine.

I seem to be having the same problem. I am using Firefox and have uninstalled the flash plug in and downloaded the latest version. Still no Jam Station! I get the outline of the player but the buttons for styles are missing in the middle!
Can anyone help?

We have found there are certain firefox installs that have this problem, and we haven't found a way to fix it. The problem started when the jam station got over 150 files. They just won't load. It doesn't happen to all firefox installs, just some, and we haven't been able to figure out what makes the difference (uninstall/reinstall doesn't help).
We have a developer rewriting the jam station to fix this bug. He says he will have something to test soon, and we can use help testing it. So when I get it I will email you to try it out.
Meanwhile, it works fine in Internet Explorer and it works fine in Firefox within the lesson pages, where not all the jams get loaded. So try those options while we work out the problem.
