What would you say are your top 3 favourite artists and your top 3 favourite songs?
(Maybe this should be two separate topics)
For artists, I would probably say Nirvana, Metallica and Radiohead (Pink Floyd is right up there too).
For songs, I think (it's pretty tight), One by Metallica, Shine on you crazy diamond by Floyd and Heart-shaped box by Nirvana.
Wow. I didn't think this would be that hard a topic. I'm pretty sure I missed something in my list.

Fav Bands/Artists - GWAR, Stevie Vai, and King Diamond
Fav Songs - Rock and Roll Never Felt so Good - GWAR, Changes - Hendrix/Miles, unt, les'see, uhmmm... Tommy the Cat by Primus? I dunno, 3 favorite songs are hard to pick because they change so often...
Buzz - I saw APC in Portland, Or, and Maynard James Keenan really pissed me off. He came out looking stoned, then, halfway through the set, his wig fell off so he layed on the floor for the rest of the set, flipped us off, and then ran offstage. I don't like that kind of attitude from musicians. It's a real crappy way to treat your fans. Good thing I didn't pay to see him, I paid to see NIN! Maynard James Keenan will never see any of my money again after that...
Steve Vai

Wow, thanks for thinkin' of me eggman. Gee, this really is a tough one guys! I'd have to say my mentor Joe. I really love "The Crush of Love", and "Always With Me Always With You". I also really enjoy Jimi's music, not a particular song really though. He's got so many great songs just like Joe. And my last would have to be Eric Johnson's "Manhattan". It's a great song no matter what type of music you like, I suggest you check it out if you haven't heard it. Well, I'm off to go judge a guitar competition in California. I'll try to get back in touch with you guys as soon as possible.

Unc..... I just like the tunes. There's a lot not to like about some musicians.
Just because I enjoy the tunes doesn't mean I support the people. I can't stand Dave Mustaine. He's the most arrogant, self-centered bastard I've ever heard of. But he does write some good music.

Wow. You´re pretty cool! You like Pink Floyd, my most favourite band! The best ever, and Metallica is a real goody! Kirk Hammett is amazing, and Cliff...well...he never really got to live out his full potential. He was a great bassist, and there was so much more wonders waiting to be created. Very unfortunate, but Roger Waters will always be the worlds greatest bassist and writer!!!!
