new from Ohio

Well I need to start off and introduce myself,Im from Cincinnati Ohio.Ive been a drummer for 5 or 6 years and now am beginning a new challenge of guitar.
I just started taking lessons and when I started with drums the best thing I did was find a forum that was helpful.
From what I see here this forum should do fine for my guitar path.

I have a Takamine acoustic/electric and a Fender telecaster..

Im a paramedic of 22 years with 3 great children a great wife.

Hey Allan, I live just north of Cinci in Mason. I just joined this site, and I have been playing off and on for a number of years.

What style of music interests you? I am more of blues guy.

Hello and welcome Buckeye, nice to see a fellow "nut" here :) I live N of Dayton, I'm a retired cop, had to after 26 years and a fractured hip injury. This a cool place and you'll pick up a lot here, I know I have. Nothing better than creating music to release that stress, and I know what it is believe me. As the Dew commercial says "been there, done that". Happy pickin ( guitar that is) :)
