An internet friend of mine runs the heavy metal strat site. It's a name small community of folks who like the Fender HM strats, but they talk about all kinds of guitar stuff there. Nice community, great guys.

I hated the HM Strat back in the day. Just never got the feel for that neck. That's the only reason though...That, and I thought the idea of a guitar specifically pandering to that audience was a corney idea. Yet, it didn't matter that every other guitar maker was doing the same thing at that time too.

I was a confused lad.
