Hi Ivan, let me check with the Guitar Tricks team on this and see if it's possible.

When we designed the jam station, we found there was no way to make the files downloadable in a format you could use. So unfortunately, no you can't download them.

I have noticed recently that a ton of people have created websites selling backing tracks. A google search for "jam tracks" or "backing tracks" should lead you there easily.

Every single jam station track I've done I also have in mp3 format. It's usually on the lesson page for download. If you see one that isn't, I will gladly send it to you. Just let me know.

Many of the instructors likewise have their jams in mp3 format. Just ask! :)

OK folks, humor me here. Pretend I've been on another planet for a while. Do I understand correctly that we can download backing tracks from this and other sites and either burn them onto a CD or iPod, or simply play them from the computer?

Thank you!

Would you care to elaborate a little bit? Do I need to buy a piece of hardware or do you offer it here online?

Lamb of God's Wrath album, has this cool little feature that you can play over their songs like for example play guitar, bass etc. They take out the part that you are playing so you can improvise over their current songs.

Wow, that's really cool about the L.O.G. album, I've never heard that before!
