How come this returns to me?

Hello everyone, the thing is this:

Since a couple of weeks ago my fingers have felt really uncomfortable when i play fast, and i can't play as fast as i could anymore.... Iv heard more people that has these problems and iv experienced it before.

How come? and how to i get over it?

I've never experienced this myself, my only guess is that if you play fast often to maybe give your hands a break for little bit?

Do you warm up before "playing fast". A warm up is alwayse important.
Also, pay attention to haw much tension your hands hold, too much tension is not good for the muscles cause they get tired and sore afterwards.

How do you get your muscles to ease up the tension? There is alot off tension in my index finger and my thumb holding the guitar iv noticed?

And yes, i think i forget to warm up enough, sometimes. I quess thats it. Yesterday it was all fine again, and i really put in alot on the warm ups that time. So i quess it's that
