Headphone connection

I am looking for a device, possibly a switch, that will allow me to choose either headphones or speakers for the output of my amp. This would be helpful for practice purposes.

Does anyone know of a device that will take the signal from both speaker outputs and convert that to a stereo headphone jack?

The only way I can think of how to do that, is to send the speaker out signal to a DI box.(I'm not sure if all DI boxes can take this, but I do know the Behringer one can)
Then you can send the signal to a headphone amplifier from there.

BTW, you may have 2 speaker outputs, but that doesn't mean you have a stereo signal.
