Dickey Betts scales

Would anyone know if there is a site with Dickeys scales tabbed out? It seems like he works the major scale but hits some passing notes? I would like to know how he gets that one note that changes the scales to the "allman's" sound.

My guess is that he's using a mix of scales, not just one. I would assume he alternates between major, pentatonic & mixolydian scales, depending on the tune. He might just be flatting the 3rd or 7th in certain places.
