welp i finally bit the bullet and signed up for the site the other day. i've learned some cool stuff so far. in the last ten years of playing this is the first "lesson" i've taken for guitar.

i just bought pretty much a whole new rig:

raven rg100h head
boss metal zone
boss 7band eq
boss noise gate (the only existing part from my old rig)
zakk wylde wah

and i usually play the Jackson RR5

currently its fed through a crate gfx212 that i modded to just basically be a speaker cab. my next buy is a birch dovetail 2x12 cab with eminence swamp thang speakers.


i'm stoked.

Hey Makotoseven,
Welcome to GT, it looks like you're ready for it. I use all Boss pedals, through a Fender 2x12 Hot Rod Deville. Sometimes I'll use my 74 Music Man 2x12 HD130, but the Deville is much lighter for gigs.

I've had other amps over the years, but they were just 1x12. I still have 1 of them, but I've been 2x12 ever since I got the Music Man.
