How to Convert Song / Music to Score?

How can I go about converting a song / music to score? I want to use the background music from this song and write my own lead, solo part for guitar. Any tips or help on how to do this will be appreciated.

Hi daddyrabbit55,
I know there's some software out there that removes (some?) vocals from music tracks but I don't have any actual experience with them so I can say in confidence if that would work or not.
Is there an instrumental version of this song available online??
