I have just started playing acoustic and I am nearing completion of fundamentals 2. Where should I go after that?

Depends upon what your goals are. What do you what to do? Is there a specific genre you are interested in? A specific skill? Advanced finger picking? Jazz chording? Blues fills? Lead playing or soloing?

If you can provide a specific list of goals, the we can point you to great GT lessons that will help you get there!

You might consider looking at some of the Style courses:

Right now I'm just interested in music that is written for and sounds good on the acoustic. I know that can be just about any music genre....but I haven't settled into any one area like blues or rock. Heck, it could be Johnny Cash or Chris Isaac. I like just about all of it. Sooo...I'd like to focus on acoustic guitar lessons for beginners that starts where the fundamentals lessons left off. Does that make sense? I have to admit, the F and B major chords are tough for me. I picked up a friend's electric and these chords were much easier to finger. The strings just aren't as tight. I'd also like to have some exercises that might strengthen my fingers...especially the pinky! I love my guitar...and I'm afraid I'm becoming addicted :)
