the e-bow; any advice on playing?

hey i got an e-bow for christmas, its a pretty cool device with a lot of potential i think, however the players guide is kind of confusing, and its hard to follow the instructional tape it comes with since the guy tunes his guitar up a half step.

anyone have any e-bow techniques or advice they'd care to share with me?

Most E bow users only play their lines on a string, making it sound like a violin.
You can also use a loop device, to create effects by making your lines repeat...
An E bow is just a tool, your mind will make music with it, don't rely on what others do, try to hear what's in your head...
