Fender Strat Action

Hi I was just wondering if you could tell me what my action should be to play punk music on my Fender Strat I am using Ernie Ball Heavy Bottom Skinny Top stings and the gauges are

I have some feeler gauges and now just trying to get the action right what would you reccomend for each sting?

I usually adjust action by ' feel '
I lower it at the bridge untill you almost get fret buzz
if the action is too high on the higher frets, 12th 13th etc - I tighten the truss rod
If the strings buzz on the 1st,2nd,3rd, 4th frets - I've overtightened the truss rod
