OK, I have in my possession 1 '02 Epiphone LP Studio that is in fantastic condition. Its mostly all black with like a really dark flame top. Anyway what I want to know is this..is there anything special about that year because I see the prices on current models and I have the original receipt for this one and it was 699.00 bought with a discount around 300 or so..cant tell its blacked out. Anyway...my friend who bought it back then does not play...had intentions on playing and well you know that story..so I ask him how much he wants for it and I get the...just offer whatever..I'm trying to decide what that whatever should be while being fair. I would love to say 100 bucks....but that just does not seem like the cool thing to do. Opinions??
