Beginner help - video player

Hi

Can anyone help me, I'm trying to use the video tutorials for beginners and its taking forever to view. I put it on the low res but hardly makes a diff. I don't wanna download the files I just wanna watch the video's :eek:

Can you try this for me.... click the play button and click it again right after, that will pause the video but will let file download continu. You should see a lighter progress bar appear (much like youtube does).

Does the bar go fast or is it standing still?

I've tried a few lessons and everything is steaming fine here so I guess this might just be you connection and not a server related issue.

The bar is moving... but its still taking long for it to play.
