zep: well my brother in moderation (heheheheh)... I'm glad to see that the power hasn't gone to your head... and made you edit your original post fixing your spelling of grammar, and then delet Schamages post (and my one)... thus covering up the embarasment... I'm not suggesting anything... :)....
I'm quite impressed with your English actaully... you speak it better than some poeple round here who've been "speaking" (in a kind of a pirmal grunting way) all of their life... MY spelling is pretty poor, but that's really cos i type like the wind...

I have respect for anyone who learns English as a second language . . . because it's hard! (maybe not as hard as Chinese or Russian, but still . . .)
You're doing great, Zep!

chineese is pretty simple - my aunt has been learning it for a while - the grammar n stuff is much easier than the english or german (my mothertounge is german) one. The only tricky thing is to learn all the thousands of characters... after about a thousand she gave up *LOL*

I took italian for two years and gleaned about enough to get directions to a bathroom, a store, embassy or a telephone, and I could understand the response with a lot of hand signals. Oh and I can ask if they speak English.
So if someday there's a fluctuation in the space-time continum and I find myself in the middle of Rome I can get to a phone and call home, then go and get a Coke to pacify me as I find the embassy, maybe pick up an Alyssa Milano lookalike on my way there, provided she speaks English.
Oh and I'm learning Hebrew, much easier than I anticipated.
