Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I am 47 years old and decided to begin my midlife crisis a few years early. I want to learn guitar because I love the sound of a good jazz guitar and I have always loved music. And besides, It's cheaper than a motorcycle :D . I look forward to getting to know others out there that are just like me.

Ahhhhhh... Nothing like the sound of a mid-life crisis in progress to stir the senses.

Same with me. I need to learn to play better so I'm can start jamming. I live in Kentucky now where there are many good musicians, and I'm tired of just listening.
