Advice on Buying Guitar

I am looking to buy an acoustic/electric-acoustic guitar and wondered if anyone could give me their opinion on two models. I have played a little before but for the purpose of this exercise I am a rank amateur. I am in the process of trying out as many models as I can but the two that have caught my attention are the Yamaha FG720s and the Washburn EA16. Any thoughts or other suggestions would be much apreciated.

Wasburn makes some great low end stuff so I can vouch for them. But ultimatly, find one that plays well to your standards thats in your price range.
