very interesting phrasing. it's so cool to hear how another guitarist approaches something. every time i thought a legato run or wicked bend was coming i got a foot in the face. but the pain pays off because that second solo segment kills. you have great restraint in your playing and i dig that. i didn't like the phrasing of the first part of the second solo section, though. it felt out of time and awkward, but i think that's the effect you where going for with a few of those note choices thrown in there. it all sounded great, but those rythmic breaks broke the flow of the song a big more than i would have liked. after all, it's all about the oceaaaan, man.
