Does bending your neck damage it?

Hi,
my bolt on neck Ibanez doesn't have a tremolo.
So, I normally pull the neck back and the bottom of my guitar back (near the bridge) so the middle of my guitar, (Where neck meats the body) moves outwards, you get what i mean?
Does bending your neck damage your guitar?

I've never had a problem with my 75 Gibson & I've been bending the neck for over 20 years.
I'd say as long as you have a decent guitar and aren't massively overdoing it, you should be fine.
