importing graphics

I have seen some people import graphics into there thread replies (pictures, stupid smiley faces, etc..)How do you do this? I have Finale & it would be really cool if I could import some musical graphics into my threads. Is this possible?

First of all, you need web space. A dir on a web server somewhere is all you need. Try angelfire.com.

Once you get your stuff up, you'll post it in a thread by using [ img ] (omit the spaces) [ /img ] around the URL for your image. This tells PHP to put the html image code around it.
