Well, I string my guitar one string at a time. But I see lots of people do all 6 strings at a time. Is one of those methods better or something?

No, stringing all 6 at once is quicker.
If you have a floating bridge on your guitar, you want to do one at a time.... ;)

I learned that the hard way with my Warlock. It was never the same after I changed my strings all at once like I do with my Strat :(

The only time I restring all the strings at once on my floyd rose is when I have to clean the fretboard. Usually I like to do it every other string change.
Otherwise I do it one string at a time
