Hey there I just recieved a beautiful Ibanez for my birthday yesterday and am Finally ready to start learning/playing!!! I hope everyone is as Friendly as this site boasts. ^^ I anticipate alot of use out of this site. Congrats on the new guitar and Welcome to GT.

First tip I can give you since you have full access to the site is to start with the Absolute Beginner Guide. It was totally redone and will give you a very good starting point to learn guitar.
