Hey,

Has anyone ever tryd out effects by the brand 'electro-harmonix'?

I bought a fuzz pedal from this brand last week, and I have to say that I really like this pedal.

With the pedal came a dvd with a demonstration of all their pedals, and some of the other pedals really sound awesome to me.

They have a pedal thats called 'English Muff'in'... a really nice british overdrive sound...

anyone tryd/have this pedal?

Thanks!

Antony

I have used an Electro-harmonix Memory Man delay as part of my live on stage rig for years, in fact I even have a back up.

Thats an analoge delay, right?

I've been using Electro-Harmonix Big Muff these days.
Its exactly what I was looking for, something with a warm tone and lots of sustain.

Electro-Harmonix is one of the very oldest brands in the effects buisiness today. I can remember first seeing their stuff in the very early seventies. I think the first thing they came out with was the LPB. The Big Muff is one of the most copied pedals on the planet... clones and variations on it's circuit have been around for years. The big deal with 'em is that up untill recently, most of their pedals have been analog. It's generally accepted that analog pedals sound better than digital ones, so the older E-H pedals are highly prized.

I have an EHX Big Muff and an EHX Small Clone (Chorus pedal). I use them both pretty frequently.

Personally, I am a huge fan of Electro-Harmonix products. First, they seem to be crafted well and I can tell you that they can withstand the rigors of the road well. I bought an Electro-Harmonix Big Muff pedal a few years ago and cannot live without it now.

This thing gives you super saturated distortion that lets me solo like Santana on crack. Check the pedal out if you are looking for a new flavor of lead tones. But yes, all in all, I love the quality and sound of electro harmonix effects.

Electro Harmonix rule. I got my second pedal about two years ago from them. I got a Little Big Muff Distortion pedal and I love it.
