Adrenalinn II Gate Time

Hi. I'm new here.

I have an Adrenalinn II. It's a yellow model; the operating system is an earlier one, I believe 2.0.

I love the unit but have one frustration: When I play a sustained note, it cuts out after a few seconds. Much shorter than the actual sustain of the note from the guitar. I want to adjust the gate time for the whole unit, so that it lasts as long as the note does. I recall asking the techs at Roger Linn Designs this, and they said to hold down the main button and turn the tempo knob (they didn't say which way).

I have no idea if I'm doing this right, but doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

I used to have one of these, all I did to adjust the gate time was hold the main button down while turning the tempo/gate knob to the left to open the gate the most and to the right to close it. It should be ON1 - ON9, ON1 being the most sensitive and ON9 being the least. When its around ON1 - ON3 it should let most noise pass through. Hope that helps.
