hey i said i was sorry :(
Nothing wrong with a little youthful exuberance, though from your name you may be 24, 83 or neither. It would be cool for you to give us your opinion, and maybe flesh the questions out a bit so it's not just 'A or B'...

It's ok to post topics and it's ok to be a kid. Just try to pace yourself a bit. :) I prefer dogs by the way.

Dogs, hands down. Now I like cats too "but dogs", as Jules said in Pulp Fiction, "have personality and personality goes a long way."

There are exceptions to every generality, of course, but most dogs seem to be such eager-to-please suckups that I lose all respect for them. Classic 'clingy', high maintenance downer.
As a friend of mine says, "Cats and women will always do whatever they damnwell please - dogs and men might as well get used to it".
I'll take the tolerant indifference of the average cat over the slobbering servility of the average dog any day.

Dogs can be a pain in the ace, but you gotta love em for when they're somewhat sane. I don't plan on getting a pet in the days to come, but If I did it would definitely be a dog. What guy gets a cat?

You make a good point sir. But I think it's the general eagerness to please that makes me favor dogs. It's the closest I will ever get to having 'minions' to do my bidding. :D

And the neighbourhood dogs live in fear. :p

Ahhhh... you know what I meant. Its just one of those macho man type things. Cats are great, but they send the wrong signals IMO. :D
