If your short on cash I would recommend the Digitech RP-350 or 250. The 350 goes for $199.00 and it has over 100 presets and a Wah pedal.
The Vox Tonelab Zoso mentioned would be the one to get if you have the extra money. Just my 2 cents. :)

Boss also makes some good multi-effects pedals also. However, my personal favorite would be the the Line 6 PODxt series.
