Use numerous unecessary smileys in a post ^^^... :rolleyes: But really, you get them from rep points, which are distributed to the person and or persons who have funny or insighful posts. Word has it, the almighty negative rep can be given to absurd nonsensical posts as well. Also, the green bars increase as your rep does... 100+ for 2 bars I believe. I am far from 100 but, maybe, just maybe, some rep might find its way to you. :o
