Chord progressions

Hi,

My name is Andre and I just registered.
(Im from the Netherlands so my writing might sometimes
deviate)
I have already found some fun lessons but can someone
redirect me to some nice (standard) chord progressions?
In particular progressions that shift to another root
Because this is what I find hard to do:
Invent progressions which modulate.
(Blues/Jazz/Alternative style)
