I don't care how much it costs but after seeing this thing, I gotta have one.
First time I saw it in use I was just blown away...
...now the big question, will I be able to sign onto the forum and do lessons using it?

You should be able to... It has Safari (OMFG I WANT IT SO BAD!) on it, so yeah. It has QuickTime too, so you should be fine.

Yeah, yer right. I read the info wrong. I thought it said it required a specifically formatted website.
Man...being able to work on the internet while walking around or sitting in a waiting room...sweet.
All it needs is a moviecam and picture phone... probably what the next upgrade is gonna be.

It is a very sexy interface. But I personally never ever get these types of toys in the 1st rev. Wait till the consumers shake out the thing. Plus, the batteries a non changable (Can you say ipod?) and don't appear to have very long life.

Yeah, I'm kinda thinking the same thing myself...but this time I might just jump in and give it a shot. The possibilities are too good to wait for the next revision. I guarantee that next year it'll probably be half the price and have twice the features and I'll be kicking myself...but ... it's sooo prettty!!

I just found out that there's no planned release date for Canada yet so it looks like I'm going to be forced to wait anyways.

I'm waiting for the iphone, but in the meantime I got a Windows Mobile powered M3100 SPV... same sort of thing really. I can surf the 'net, check my email, watch movies or play mp3 with media player and blah blah blah...

absolute genius...

But, I love apple products so will be getting a replacement for it soon... ;)

I'm hot on the heels of the iphone too, but it'll mean switching to AT&T... I've been with sprint since 2000 and am very happy with their service.. That and the 600$ price tag makes me more leery, but damn that thing looks cool!
