Man, you buy more guitars than anyone I know. Great tone though. I love that Strat "glisten" or whatever you may want to call it. What kinda Strat is it and what did you pay?

guitar buying is done for now....I have a Gibson SG and this custom made strat made by a local guy ...he built a beauty...man does it sound good...the computer recording does not do it justice.strat being built (http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22566&highlight=custom+strat) .......strat (http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22676)
(also an epi and a Jackson, I traded the Washburn for part of the SG cost, I do not like EMGs) I also bought the Ampeg amp for blues and my last aquisition for everything else- a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier-review coming soon for both ampsMesa pic (http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?p=205828#post205828) , the cab is coming in 2 weeks when I can pay it off.
I paid $700 for the strat and the Ampeg amp. :D the strat had to be set up by a luthier though for $125 but the strat is all US parts!!

Yeah I play with 10s on my guitar. I've played with 10s for so long that I'm scared to change them in case I hate the new ones :o

first of all, great playing! really have that 70's grove to it. WOW, I would really look a lot better walking if I had a MP3 player with this music blasting :)
and the TONE.....!!!!!
Wohoo!!!

Well, I reckon you've wasted your money. That sounded very flat and boring.
