Have you tried doing a search for 'Pinch Harmonic' on the guitartricks home page?

here's some advice:

first, turn up the treble, switch to bridge pickup (if you have a strat-style guitar), or turn up the tone, get some distortion or overdrive going, and watch where you pick the string. You need to have it a certain distance away from the fretted note in order to produce a certain pitch.

hope that helps. oh yeah, and try using a thinner pick.

Allot of times you will be doing the Artificial (pinch) harmonic just right, but you won't know it because it usually takes good distortion to hear it. Good luck man.

Another thing to mention is the 'sweet' spots where you can get different octaves in your harmonics. Like if you pinch at about the 24th fret you get a lower harmonic than pinching over the second pickup... you have to search out the sweet spots cause they change depending on what notes you're bending. There's an example here: http://www.guitartricks.com/2000/trick.php?trick_id=1618

Cool...I never really thought of that, & I hit all my pinch harmonics well.

but i like to do this..
is use pinch harmonics while
keep picking down the string towards the fret
you're holding and you can hear the different pinch frequencies singing out....
anyone remember "living colour" vernon reid
did that at the low e string...holding the 2nd fret
(if memory serves me right)
(dont remember what song)
