David Gilmour TIME (Dark side of the moon)
I dont understand how can is the David Gilmours solo combination of tree scale types:
F# minor pentatonic
F# blues scale
F# aeolian mode or natural minor
Is it in solo three parts and everyone of them has different scale?

The minor pentatonic is a 5 note scale that exists inside many other scales ( blues, aoelian, phrygian, dorian, etc..). What David has probable done, & this is a common technique, is to construct a solo using the minor pentatonic and then "borrow" notes from other scales for added color. Scales are not laws (couldn't think of a better analogy), but merely blueprints of sounds to help us create.
You sound like you have a very inquizitive nature about you, you should really get yourself a reputable theory book or enroll in a class, I think you would find it very interesting & usefull.
Good luck, and keep asking questions, that's how you learn!!

All three of those scales are really very similar; they have the same foundation. The blues scale is a variation of the pentatonic in that it has all the same notes but throws in a diminished 5th (the note between the 4 of 5 of the scale), and aeolian contains the same notes as the pentatonic and adds the 2nd and 6th degrees of the scale.
Let me know if this is too confusing, I have trouble explaining these things sometimes.
