thinkin about a coffin case

i was lookin at them at musician's friend and right now it looks like they have them marked down because of the holiday season. i was either thinkin about a pure white special edition or a black one with red padding. i already know i dont want one that has purple interior because my friend is getin one and i really dont want him to think i'm gettin this because of his. tell me what all you know about a quality of these. i have a goldtop ltd ec 400 at (faux les paul) and i think it would look good in either of these. tell me wut you all think.

I heard that they're built shoddy. They look cool, though. I don't know that I would trust it to protect my guitar for touring outside one's locale.
