Where to find Necks

Hello this is my first post and i need some help. I have a old 1980's Kramer with a Ibanez RG seris type body. The neck/head is ugly and doesn't play the best. I would like to put a new neck on it. I would like to have either a Ibanez or a ESP. Can anyone tell me where i can find just the necks. Thanks in advance
