Takamine EG341SC vs EF341SC

I was just wondering if anybody can tell me any significant difference in quality between these two models. I own a low model (discontinued) Takamine and was thinking of upgrading to the EG341SC, but then in shopping I found no reviews for it, only for EF341SC. Both appear to be the same type of guitar but the latter is priced about $300 more.
