so its pretty early in the morning now...11.30 am...and im working on an assignment...i cant think...i know here at GT we have very intelligent people...so help me out here...

what are the things that karl marx did to substantially introduce social or political change?

*pls dont turn this into a debate i just need ideas...thanks for the input guys

In a nutshell, through his writings he pioneered the philosophy known as Marxism, which holds the class struggle as central in its ideology; he therefore influenced social and political change by introducing a political philosophy which was, by its nature, dedicated to the pursuit of such change.
That's just the kind of thing you'd say in the introduction to an essay or something, though. Jump on Wikipedia is my advice ;).

thanks ben..! :D yea ive already been on wikipedia...ive only come up with like 6 points of major change such as the russian revolution and the birth of the soviet union etc...6 points, wud it be enough? hmm...

Six points? If you blab on enough about how influential Marxism was for each one, then that ought to be plenty. Use a mixture of common sense and Wikipedia-sense :D
