Wintersun

Has anyone ever heard of Wintersun? They're great, except for the vocals, if you can call them vocals. They just scream, basically. The guitar is so sweet in their songs. Not only is it technically amazing, but the riffs are melodic and musical. They don't just play fast for the sake of playing fast. I'm not usually into Death Metal(at all), but I can make an exception when I listen to Wintersun(if I skip over all the screaming). Does anybody know of any bands like Wintersun that don't scream?

Great Epic Melo death band, they kinda have a hint of black metal in the vocals, really nothing compared vocally to some other straight up death metal bands (necrophagist) but really vocal wise you kind of have to take it or leave it. Check out blind guardian they have some songs with similarities guitar wise but with power metal vocals

Wintersun rock. And I like their vocals. But if you want similar instrumental work then look into power metal.
