Acoustic Playability

I bought an fender electro acoustic last year, it had heavy gauge strings on it and was painfull to play - I put a set of Martin bronze EXTRA LIGHT strings on it, and now it plays like a dream - I almost got rid of it, as the original strings were so difficult to fret.

meh id stick to them if i were you..helps build finger strength...but thats just me..it takes time but ull get used to it

Yes, personal choice - I'd certainly recommend the extra lights for begginers and if I was honest, I'm less than intermediate.
