Are there any alternatives for chords like the B maj chord?

depends what you mean by alternatives...

Inversions? Yes

Substitutions? Yes, but you'd need to say more about the context of the chord. Post more info and it'll make it easier....

Yeah substitutions. For the B chord i use x2444. any thing else i can use instead?

for the two main barre shapes.... any good? Are you having trouble making your fingers do them, or just curious? The other options are probably trickier...

Yeah, but you see, i am trying to play "You give love a bad name" by Bon Jovi and the other problem is that i need to tune all strins to sharps.

It's probably better to look at the notes as flats:

Eb
Bb
Gb
Db
Ab
Eb

So you have to tune you guitar a semitone flat. Every string will be a little lower in pitch than usual. If you have a chromatic tuner then this will be pretty easy. If you can do it by ear it's not too hard either.

By the way, unless you're playing along with the song then there's no actual need to tune this way. The song will sound much the same in standard tuning.
