Wicked Game

I did the Chris Isaak tune, Wicked Game as an instrumental tune.

A guy on another forum (Cincy Kid) heard my instrumental version and asked me if he could add vocals to my version. I sent him my backing track and he laid down the vocals on top on my backing track.

Cincy's version with vocals blew me away, he did an awesome job!!!!

First of all your track was Awesome! I've heard Cincy Kids vocals before and they fit perfectly on this track. Nice work! Thumbs up to both of you....

Cincy just popped out of the blue and blew me away, he did a great job.

I wanted to go back and re-do my part of the tune to incorporate his vocals ,wrap the guitars around his vocals, but he didn't want to go any further with it. He said "it is what it is"

My backing track was designed around my leads. It could have been much better if I had listened to Cincy's vocal track and re-done my parts accordingly.

It's just home recording. :D
Oh well, it's still very nice, IMO.
